1. With reference to this HQ message 0.3 of 25 Nov regarding the sub-allotment of specialised eqpt which includes CROCODILES, ARKS and FASCINE CARRIER Tks.

During the period 25 Tk Bde is in 5 Corps res it is expected. that calls may be made for the use of these eqpts by Divs who are operationally engaged.

2. Arrangements will be made within Regts to enable these to operate independent of the Regt concerned and under comd of Divs on the following affiliation basis:

51 R Tks.........2 NZ Div
142 RAC........46 Div

3. The various forms of specialised Tks will operate as Tps with each Tp commanded by a Tp Leader and Regts will make the necessary allotment in this respect

51 R Tks and 142 RAC will take steps to ensure that priority of repairs and maintenance is given to these vehs so that they be available for use at the earliest possible.

Orders for the placing of them under comd. of respective Divs will be made on orders of this HQ and it is hoped that a notice of 24 hrs will be possible.
